I don't know how you can make raf bitter, but that's not the saddest thing about my visit to this point. The Ira barista does not even have basic communication skills with guests. Not only did I wait for her for about 5 minutes while she was on the phone, I received neither "hello", "thank you", nor "goodbye", she talked to me in such a tone as if I had forcibly called her to this job. At first, I thought that the mood of a person is something that does not happen to anyone. She thanked him politely, in response to the silence. And then she started serving her friend, who was standing behind me with a big smile and open arms. Awesome Customer orientation is a God level.
