I don't know how you can make raf bitter, but that's not the saddest thing about my visit to this point. The Ira barista does not even have basic communication skills with guests. Not only did I wait for her for about 5 minutes while she was on the phone, I received neither "hello", "thank you", nor "goodbye", she talked to me in such a tone as if I had forcibly called her to this job. At first, I thought that the mood of a person is something that does not happen to anyone. She thanked him politely, in response to the silence. And then she started serving her friend, who was standing behind me with a big smile and open arms. Awesome Customer orientation is a God level.

30.06.2025 visited this coffee shop with a friend. Not only is there no ingredients listed on the menu in any of the coffee shops in this chain, but the service is terrible. The employees are very uncultured and rude. We took two rafa with banana syrup. The drinks were served cold and watery. The coffee was badly whipped. I was expecting a "compliment from the barista" in one of the drinks. At the bottom of the drink were pieces of unknown origin and composition, similar to pus. After the first 2-3 sips, a taste of smek appears in the mouth.. The staff is completely ignorant of the coffee recipe and discusses these knowledge gaps right when placing an order. He answers questions with a displeased expression on his face, as if we have to answer our own questions. Thank you, after this establishment, it became clear that it was easier to buy a coffee machine at home and cook by yourself.
