A year ago, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the drink I bought, but the advertisement for the new menu still did its job, and I decided to try the "Chanson-Tabak Cocktail". On June 30, I was greeted by a very nice barista, who prepared it at the highest level — fresh espresso, decoration. I drank it with great pleasure and knew for sure that I would come back for it again. The next day (today), I did so, but another employee was already on site. They made me a drink using espresso that had already been spoiled by oxidation (I personally observed that fresh coffee was not brewed with me), I am silent about the lack of decoration. I don't want to escalate it, but it's just irresponsible. Finally, train the staff to give drinks in accordance with the technical regulations, and in case of force majeure, warn the consumer about possible changes in the position! These are the banal rules of the service!
