The peripherals are old, the headphones were falling apart, the microphone worked every other time. also, the place is not cleaned, go away the greasy ones, it's dirty to look at them. 4. It was noisy at night, and the administrator ignored this behavior of visitors. We were not satisfied with the trip, we couldn't even finish the paid time in such an uncomfortable environment. I would like to see updated devices and more competent administrators.

The reservation was for a separate room, for 5 computers, the administrator extended the time to another person and said that only 4 computers would be available and 5 could sit in a separate room. Then for more than 40 minutes I could not solve the problem with connecting one computer and the headphones also did not work. In the end, they compensated for the time with "points" that could not extend the playing time. To the question "how to use these "points", the answer was "you need to complete registration or pay." 0 customer orientation!
