We visited in September 2024. The hotel is great. The only thing that bothered us was the small room with purple walls, but it was clean for us to spend the night. The breakfasts are simple but delicious. The pool has several Jacuzzi-type modes, is large and deep enough for even adults. For a fee, there is a sauna with access to the pool. You can splash in the pool all night, there are no restrictions. The sun beds and tiles by the pool are clean. There was a karaoke bar and discos on the top floor of the hotel. The location is good, there are delicious inexpensive cafes nearby, shops, the sea, and the historical center of the city. We have never used a taxi in Sukhumi, everything is within walking distance.

It's a very nice hotel. Daily cleaning service. Water in coolers or bottles. The equipment was all working. There is an elevator. Towels are not only in the room, but also for the beach/pool. We ordered delicious sushi through the reception, and I already know how to make it. Tickets to a great local theater. Excursions. The only negative is the windows.
