It's a very nice hotel. Daily cleaning service. Water in coolers or bottles. The equipment was all working. There is an elevator. Towels are not only in the room, but also for the beach/pool. We ordered delicious sushi through the reception, and I already know how to make it. Tickets to a great local theater. Excursions. The only negative is the windows.

It's a great hotel. Polite and friendly administrators. A large selection of rooms. Convenient location (near the train station, from the embankment, from the market; within walking distance of shops and cafes). There is a private swimming pool on site. The room has everything you need. Breakfast is a buffet; it's a pity there is no grain coffee (maybe there will be?). I stayed for a couple of nights and was very satisfied. I highly recommend it!

We checked into the room on 07/14/25 - the family room is D-lux, everything you need is in the room, the stretch ceiling is a little torn from the cons - but it's not critical for me, a change of linen and towels every day , we asked every other day. The sauna is not working ( The cafe at the hotel is delicious , the price tag for three for lunch is around 1,200-1,600 . The staff is friendly , they will tell you everything , they will show you everything, they left the car on the territory of the hotel, which is very convenient, they launch it and release it on request and without any questions at all! Sometimes there are interruptions with the light, but they are not critical! The territory is cleaned every day . In my opinion , 4.5 stars is the best thing for Abkhazia , for this money) Respect to the staff!!!
