We had a family vacation at the hotel in July 2025. We liked it. Convenient location. Within walking distance: the beach, currency exchange (generally at every turn), cafes, a water shop, a fruit tray. The hotel is not noisy, we slept well. Hotel. Friendly owners and very friendly staff, many people understand Russian. If they don't understand, they will try very hard to guess what you need and help you. You can contact us with any question: everyone will prompt and help. The hotel has a swimming pool. Small, but comfortable and comfortable. There are deck chairs and tables with chairs. The child splashed in the pool with pleasure. There is a small area in the shade where tables and chairs are located: you can have breakfast, you can just sit. There is a small, compact courtyard with palm trees, Christmas trees, bushes and other greenery. Very cute. There are also two recreation areas where you can sit with a group or alone. The Internet is on the ground floor, the signal is good. Internet access was rarely available in the rooms. The breakfasts are excellent. Every day there is something new. Several types of salads, sausage, omelet, sausages, pancakes, boiled eggs, tea/coffee (instant), khachapuri, lavash, butter, fruit, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam - it was every day, plus other dishes were added. It's always delicious. The room was without a balcony, quite spacious, there is a small hallway, there is a closet. There is a kettle and a couple of cups. There is a small dryer for wet swimsuits outside the window. Change of towels (two per guest) and cleaning service every day. The bathroom has a toilet, shower stall, shampoo. The water pressure is excellent. We rested for 6 days and were very satisfied. The atmosphere is very friendly and pleasant. Beach. Pebbly. The water is clean. If there are heavy rains, then mud gets into the sea along with the rivers. But after a couple of days, the water is clear again. There are sun beds and umbrellas - 30 lari for the whole day, 15 lari for half a day. There weren't many people, it was comfortable to relax and swim. There is an embankment along the entire beach where you can buy ice cream, vodka, chips, crackers, etc. Cafe. They walk on the first line of the street, after the embankment. There are several cafes on the embankment, if you walk along the embankment towards the center of Kobuleti. This part of the waterfront is calm, with a bit of entertainment. Entertainments. All the noisy entertainment in the park. The park is located between the embankment and the first line of the street. There is a "dry" fountain, children and adults are happy to run and fool around there. There are rides for younger children and a couple for older (teenagers) - for a fee. There is a playground with climbing walls, swings, slides, etc. - for free. There are several cafes with a disco. The price tag in these cafes is already more expensive.

Good afternoon!I want to write about this wonderful vacation spot at the Condori Hotel.My friend and I were vacationing during the velvet season at this hotel.We would like to thank all the staff, headed by the owner of the hotel David.The whole team is friendly and responsive.The breakfasts are simply awesome, every day there is a varied menu with a large number of dishes, fruits, pastries, drinks - there was enough for almost the whole day.The area with a swimming pool, cozy,lots of greenery.The sea is within walking distance.She is very beautiful.In a word, everything was fine with us, we didn't even get tired, despite the fact that we stayed for 18 days.We would like to thank the hotel owner and all the staff for their sensitivity to customers and prosperity in their work.I think we will visit this place more than once!
