We bought the air conditioner in June 2024, everything is great, the manager is polite, advised and explained, the installation is fast and high-quality, even they made a discount just to get it in their company! But then this is a quest, the contract cunningly states - to guarantee the first service in no later than 1 year, if you want the warranty to be valid and extended. For the second month now, I've been waiting for them to have an order "in my direction", this is for those from the region! Keep in mind, I think the residents of Mogilev will not have such problems. And after calling a third time to clarify a service issue, the politeness disappeared. Now I understand that I shouldn't have recommended this company to my friends. Conclusion:where you can make money, we will do it quickly, but where there is no profit, wait.
