I've been contacting the service center for a very long time, probably since I was 16. I service all my equipment from the guys (computer, laptop, tablet, phones). For all the questions that I addressed to them, I was satisfied with the result, even where the cases were, in my opinion, hopeless (repairing the monitor cable on an old laptop). They recently helped me find a new laptop for my budget and for my tasks, for which I thank them separately!!! In short, I recommend it!

The service is normal, but you need to stand in plain sight (or they might forget 🙁)... The staff is also great, they answer the phone 🙂 The waiting time is short, it took 4 days for my PC problems (3 days of diagnosis and 1 day of repair) Overall, I'm happy with everything... But there is a request to all future CoolStore customers - who will take their PC for repair, take more photos from the inside (for your own peace of mind) And as soon as you get it back, compare it with the photos... I was not informed about the replacement.....more precisely, about the removal of one of the front case fans (for injection), and for a long time I puzzled over the question "where did it go?" I stopped at the idea that it had been replaced with the lowest fan, and the upper one had simply been removed for a malfunction (in principle, it really was faulty)... As it is, everything is fine, everything is working - there is no particular negativity. I put five... and even though one of the turntables is not in place, it would still be difficult for me to remove the front panel and swap them myself... Respect to the master

I'm 60+ I contacted the service today because I couldn't transfer the telegram from the old phone to the new one on my own and set up the mail. Administrator (Reception Manager) Irina fixed everything in one minute. Calm, intelligent and positive. I visited this service for the first time about two months ago. They added software to my laptop. High quality, fast and not expensive. I am satisfied and will (if necessary) contact only here.
