I work with coach Gulnara, a wonderful person, a professional in her field, attentive, friendly, helps everyone in the gym, shows how to do exercises correctly, which muscle groups are under strain, I wish there were more such coaches, there are young coaches in the gym, but they lack work experience, and some of them, of course, came and worked out They don't show their clients who pay them, but they don't care about the rest, they don't show them how to work properly on simulators.
