Well, do you think this is acceptable? Personally, for me, this brand is disgusting now, no self-respecting customer would wish for such an attitude from arrogant saleswomen who imagine themselves to be managers. I left the jacket that wasn't changed for me, and I left myself, they didn't even tell me anything, even if they offered me the amount that I spent, I would throw it in their face.
