I flew as part of a package tour, Antalya - Moscow, in May 24. The flight was delayed for an hour, this is the only negative, if globally. The flight was overnight, they offered free water/ coffee/tea/sandwich on board. Modestly, but quite normal for 4.5 hours of summer. The Boeing plane, the cabin is new, not worn out, even smells new, but of course, very close arrangement. But it's probably the same everywhere. The flight attendants are all English/Turkish speaking. The briefing was recorded on audio in Russian. In general, the flight was excellent, takeoff / landing was excellent, no complaints. It is quite possible to fly.

The most positive impressions about flights from Moscow to Antalya and back. The staff is friendly, the cabin crew spoke Russian very well. The planes are clean and new, with USB charging connectors and universal 220V outlets in each place. The delay there was only a few minutes (almost on schedule), and there was no delay at all. During the flight, we were fed: a sandwich, hot and cold drinks, plus additional water on demand (as much as you want). At check-in at the airport, they offered superior seats at no extra charge. But then the most disgusting thing happened! Sitting on the plane, other passengers and I saw luggage being unloaded from the plane into carts. Everyone thought that maybe it was luggage from the previous flight. But after arriving in St. Petersburg, all the passengers of the plane could not receive their luggage, because he stayed in Antalya!!! All 200 people got into a terrible situation, many with young children, wrote an application, filled out a customs declaration so that our luggage would be returned. In the customs declaration, I indicated the data on the weight of the luggage, which was weighed by an employee in Antalya, when receiving the luggage. They explained to me that by filling out applications, I can get my luggage in my city of Pskov, at our airport. After filling out the application and declaration, with the help of employees of Pulkovo airport, my family, mother and daughter, went home to Pskov. But it wasn't that easy...our train has already left, due to flight delays. and there were no more empty seats on the train that day! We had to take the train to Luga, spend the night with relatives and then take the train to Pskov. So we lost money! No compensation is provided for our flight on the Corendon Airlines website! Well, anyway, the tired ones came home and waited for a call from Pskov airport. But even here we were not pleased. Yesterday, on July 02, an airport employee called in the evening and told us that we needed to return to St. Petersburg to collect our luggage. They can't deliver it to Pskov, because of the incorrectly specified weight! As it turned out, our luggage weighed 3 kg more than it was weighed by an employee at Antalya Airport. The vacation is already over, all the money has been spent! And we need to return to St. Petersburg again, spend money and time! And it's not a fact that everything will go smoothly! Due to the strike of Antalya airport employees, due to an employee's mistake when weighing luggage, due to the possibly deliberate unloading of our luggage from the plane, we spent a lot of nerves and money!

We flew with this airline on 07.10.2023 from Antalya to Moscow and my daughter (7 years old) became ill immediately after takeoff, throughout the flight for about 4.5 hours she had terrible vomiting, her condition was critical, the flight attendants did everything possible and not possible to help us, provided their seats at the end of the plane, equipped a place where she could to lie down, they gave blankets, napkins, offered tea, water, etc., although all this is for a fee, they announced over the speakerphone whether there was a doctor on board, assisted us before arriving at Domodedovo airport, called an ambulance directly to the plane, there is no limit to my gratitude, there was a very strong wind during landing, the plane shook very much, but the pilots landed the plane perfectly, the board is new, the seats recline, yes, they feed for a fee, but this is not a problem at all, because everyone knows this in advance. But the price difference between this and Turkish was about 40 t.p., and compared to Aeroflot, even more, so we decided to take a chance. Yes, the crew speaks Turkish and English on the plane, and only a little Russian. Yes, they don't feed you in flight, and they don't even give you water for free. But our flights were without delays , take-off and landing were very soft , straight to the crews. Boeing 737 aircraft, clean, not old. In general, I boldly put 5 stars! And the fact that they do not feed - well, the savings compared to other carriers are significant. We had night flights, we slept, so we didn't feel any inconvenience at all.

When asked to put at least his wife and younger child together, they ran into, to put it mildly, incorrect communication on the part of an employee. Simply put, almost outright rudeness. It seemed that the young man had an extremely negative attitude towards Russia and Russians in general. Unfortunately, he had previously turned the badge upside down, so we don't know his name. It's just like on a regular plane. There were 3 adults and 2 children (2.5 and 7 years old) flying. The family is seated together in advance. We came to the reception desk and said that your seats have already been determined. Yes, they do not feed and do not give drinks - everything is paid, you can pay in euros and dollars and (like) rubles, even with the terminal I saw stewards. But you can take food and drinks with you, we took juices and water, sandwiches and cookies, we skipped everything back and forth, no one said anything! Someone even had chicken and tomatoes))) The stewards are friendly and smiling. The condo is working on the plane. No problems at all.

August 2023. Charter flight within the framework of the Samara-Antalya-Samara tour package. We chose it because there is a very convenient schedule from / to Samara, there at night, back late in the evening. I.e. you do not lose the days of arrival and departure. And plus the normal weight of luggage and hand luggage (20 and 8 kg). Both departures are clearly on schedule. The website did not allow online registration in Samara, writing that it was impossible for our airport. We managed to do this from Antalya, but it was useless, because our check-in and our boarding passes (which came to our mail after registration) were not seen at the reception. Knowing that there is no food on board, and even water seems to be 3 euros for 0.5 liters., we bought water at Samara airport, fortunately it costs 1 euro here, or 106r.for 0.5 liters. There are already 3 euros at Antalya airport. But they let you into that airport with water, so keep in mind and buy it in the city. The stewards speak only Turkish and a little English. The fact that there is no food on board (they distributed a menu with paid snacks and water, but until they reached us, we fell asleep, so we don't know what was offered and at what cost), we liked it very much in the end. Because the whole flight on the plane was quiet, no one ran anywhere: neither stewards, no passengers. Will we choose this airline again? Yes.
