My hairdresser listened attentively to all my wishes and offered some interesting ideas that perfectly suited my face type and skin color. I would especially like to mention the quality of the materials used. The products used in the salon are very good, and the hair looks healthy and shiny after the procedure. The service is top-notch: all the staff are polite and friendly, the atmosphere is conducive to communication. In general, I was very pleased with my visit and I will definitely come back again! She listened attentively to my wishes, patiently clarified the details and helped me decide, but without imposing. The haircut and grooming are just great, I'm still admiring the result! I have been a customer of the salon for several years. I decided on a complex coloring. I brought references, had a consultation, did a test strand - nothing foreshadowed trouble. What I got: an indistinct lightening that completely missed the reference, and a dirty red color that had to be worn in a bun for a week. They sent me to another master to fix it, and offered me 2 options: either to return my color, grow it back and try again after six months, or lighten it again, which is very risky for my thin and porous hair. Bottom line: I tinted my hair to my own color and cut it off. The red hair is still breaking through, which means that for the next six months at least I will have to regularly tone and restore them. The case when it was better before visiting the salon. The money was returned, of course, but I spent a lot of time, nerves, and I'll spend a lot of money trying to fix poor-quality work.

I was in your salon on Dzerzhinsky Avenue with Master Daria. It was the first time. They gave me a haircut (tips and elongated bangs + grooming). All the masters are friendly and smiling. Daria is a master who gave me a haircut and grooming, a pleasant and attentive girl., took into account my wishes, carefully handled my hair)) Overall, I liked the service. The place is mediocre, not impressed at all. Firstly, the organization of the space: the clients are opposite each other, which is why the hair after the haircut flies in all directions, including I found a couple of other people's hair in my coffee. I didn't really like the result of the haircut, it seemed that I wanted it even shorter, the master began to insist that I definitely didn't need it shorter, eventually I came home and was unhappy with the length. The toilet is in some kind of closet, where craftsmen walk by, you feel uncomfortable while you wait. Three stars just for being polite. Unfortunately, there is no desire to return at all.

If you need a curly haircut, avoid this salon. I asked for a square with an even cut through the curls. We soaked our hair and cut it straight with wet hair, ignoring that the curls curl in different ways. After styling, it became clear that the haircut was crooked, I asked to trim it – the master just COMBED my curls and cut them. As a result, the shaggy one left. I wrote a review, and I was offered a makeover by another master. The master immediately tried to comb my curls. When I refused, she said that I had "no curls" and needed to do a straight square, although the haircut was paid for as curly and had always been cut using the curly method before. When I asked to just trim the front strands, the master said: "I'll straighten it out for you now, AND YOU CAN WRITE ME A REVIEW." In the end, I came not to fix it, but to be shamed for the review. Some of the money was returned, but with nuances. Spoiled mood, low self-esteem and wasted time.
