I used to stay here for quite a long time, even when it was Park Inn. I like this hotel because of: + the good location: it is close to main toll roads, and you can bypass jams. At the same time, it is close to metro station Moskovskaya from where you can reach any point in the city pretty fast, + rooms were always in good shape, and you can find a couple of bottles of water in your room and disposable slippers + breakfast is good enough, + the price is good for the hotel in a big city But lately I have experienced some harsh sides when it got a new brand "Cosmos": - personnel at check-in are rude. I waited in a queue at check-in for 10 minutes, and I was ignored all the time. They joked and served other random guys, but not me. I questioned them why they ignored me, and they told me that they don't care about queue and who will be served. - they started asking more papers during check-in, and they didn't want to accept non-russian birth certificate of my daughter. They said that I probably stole my baby. It is pity because when I chose other Cosmos hotel, I had only positive experience. Long story short, I'm not going to stay in this specific hotel. It is better to find another place, at least for me and my family.
