This is the second time my husband has made the mistake of ordering delivery from this store. The first time I ordered pink gorgeous roses for my wedding anniversary, the bouquet was not cheap, it was not fresh roses that wilted after 2 days. Now it's the same situation again, we sent a photo to my husband to confirm sending the order, the flowers in the photo from the store are fresh and beautiful. They came to me not fresh and with "bitten" edges. The flowers are just awful!!!

The bouquet did not arrive fresh: with drooping heads, flaccid petals. The photo shows everything perfectly. The recommendation for care in such a situation looks like a mockery. As a result, the mood is spoiled and the holiday is spoiled for the hero of the occasion. I give a low mark on the fact and, unfortunately, I definitely will not recommend your company.

Punctuality of delivery is on top. I ordered delivery in the period from 8 to 9 in the morning. The courier arrived at 8:30. The order included: a set of helium balloons and a basket of flowers (chrysanthemums and roses). Upon delivery, I was surprised by the lack of a weighting agent for the balls, they immediately pressed against the ceiling of the apartment and had to think out the design myself. The balls lasted only a day after which they fell to the floor in a half-lowered state. I wrote about it in the Crocus24 chat - they didn't answer anything (they just ignored it). The flowers stood for 3 days (the water was topped up 1 time during this period). In general, there is disappointment with both flowers and balloons. Not a foot in crocus 24 anymore. Fortunately, there are a lot of competitors in Gomel.
