Average hotel. From the infrastructure there is: parking, buffet restaurant, rooftop pool, transfer to Al Khan beach (at 10:00 departure and return at 13:00) by bus.
Rooms with tired interiors, generally clean. Water is given once a day. The room has a hairdryer, towels, a safe and a refrigerator.
Nearby there is everything within walking distance: a fruit shop, a pharmacy and an exchanger (money needs to be changed there, because the rate is normal there).
It's normal to eat in a restaurant, to find something to eat, but without imagination.

I rested for 5 days.
We took two meals a day (breakfast and dinner). Dinner can be changed for lunch if necessary (we changed at the reception, as we went on a late excursion)

We checked in earlier for 2 hours without additional charges. The room is spacious, there were problems with water several times when hot water flowed instead of cold and vice versa. The bed linen was stained, there was really something unpleasant in the closet, that things could not be hung at all. I rested for 10 days in this hotel from November 7-18, 2022.

The hotel is clean, well maintained.
nearby shops (fruit/grocery /clothing - all across the street). In 10 minutes there are a bunch of shops and cafes, in the evening you can walk. Also, in 15 minutes there is an embankment around the reservoir. Bus stops to Dubai are nearby - In general, the location is excellent.
Meals: we had breakfast, and dinner/lunch to choose from.
I GUARANTEE you that you will not stay hungry. The food is European, delicious, 70 percent is NOT spicy, the remaining 30 are insular. In short:
breakfast: Cereals, muesli, fruits, vegetables, sausages, eggs in 3 variations, pancakes, sausage/cheese, olives, dried tomatoes, nuts 2-3 types (walnuts/ almonds mostly) coffee/tea/juices to choose from.
For dinner / lunch, approximately the same menu by number: 2-3 meat dishes, 1 independent dish, several side dishes, soup, salads, fruits (pineapple, kiwi, apples, peaches, watermelons, melons)
Rooms: Spacious rooms, we lived on the 13th floor, the room has everything you need - a kettle, a refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, tea/coffee/cream/ sugar. In the bathroom there is a brush, shampoo, shower gel, shoe brush, a set of threads, a shower cap and something else))

We never got to this hotel. It has been booked since April 16th. It was flooded. Tourists could not be brought. And no replacement was offered. The tour operator was dropped off 1 km from the hotel and offered to sail on a mattress with suitcases. No one could do anything to help. I had to search and shoot at my own expense. Only 2 days later, another hotel was provided. This hotel is located in a lowland, it immediately floods. Therefore, it is better to look for a hotel in the center.

In early January 2024, there was mold in room 106, the towel rack was falling off, the bathroom drain is not in the "lowlands", the armchair and chair are practically broken. But at the same time, everything was fine in room 104, even the view from the window.

The windows have not been washed apparently since the day the hotel was built, you look out the window and it seems that it's dark outside, although the sun is shining 4. There is a black coating of mold or dirt on the phone and hair dryer wire, but both are terrible. When trying to change the room, they found out that it was impossible because the hotel was allegedly overcrowded, but I think because all the rooms are equally old, dirty and moldy. 5. Then about the number. The furniture is all old, the closet, when you open it, "groans". The walls are dirty, the carpet is stained, the curtains are stained. In the bathroom, water appears from nowhere, even when you don't take a shower. The water was right on the floor.
There was no balcony in our room. The linen did not dry out overnight.
In general, if you do not pay attention to it, then you can live.
Be sure to bring an adapter for the outlet, our "plugs" are not suitable.
We only took breakfast. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. From fruits - watermelon (not always ripe), pineapple and papaya.
There are many shops and cafes near the hotel. You can eat for every taste and budget. The prices are reasonable.
The weather was gorgeous, 25-30 degrees. The sea is cool, but you can swim. I took a bus to the beach. At 10 o'clock they were picked up from the hotel, at 13 o'clock they left back. Entrance to the beach is free, sun beds are paid (10 dirhams), umbrella - 30 dirhams. You need to take towels with you. But many sunbathed just on the sand.
The sea is clean, transparent, the sand is white.
The only bad impression left was from the room.
We will return to the Emirates, but not to this hotel for sure!

The rooms are very dirty, we were in the room when we checked in, allegedly cleaned, found women's underpants on the floor lamp, condoms behind the cabinets, the windows in the rooms are right in a thick layer of dirt, never washed from the word, old dirty stains from lipstick, sweets, etc. on the furniture, nothing is washed, the spa area everything is dirty, everything is broken in the sauna, it works occasionally. The food is not bad, but only if you like spicy Indian food. Everything in the corridors is covered in dust, we wrote on it specially, no one has wiped it for a week, the lamps are either torn out or stuck on tape. It's beautiful only in the hall, but even there the upholstery is so dirty that it's scary to sit down. The bus goes to the beach 2 times in the morning, getting in is a problem. The only plus is that you can walk to the shops, and nearby inexpensive cafes . And the myth that they do not steal in the UAE was dispelled by the staff of this hotel, because a package with a jacket and glasses was forgotten on the sofa in the lobby, we went on a tour and did not worry, always if they forgot something in the halls of hotels, they gave everything in the evening, here, although the hall is all in video cameras, just spread their hands that no one saw anything. They can also start cleaning the next room in the middle of the night, yelling, rumbling prom. it is impossible to stop them with a vacuum cleaner, that's such an Indian service.
