It's a really cool place, amazing nature and air. A large area where you can walk, everything is clean and tidy. The food is delicious.
But, there are such offensive disadvantages that spoil the rest (I want to write them so that the management of the complex will take note.
1. the reception is located in the middle of the complex, the building is the same as the cottages, when you arrive for the first time it is very difficult to navigate, you had to get lost with a child.
2. The door to the chalet without a key does not work at all, in some the doors have already been replaced, apparently due to the same problem.
3. The service is very slow, the child broke the bottle, they asked to remove it in the end, they did not wait and did everything themselves
4. The pool! The water is terribly cold, there is a construction site around and it is very dirty, with all this dirt in the water with your feet.
5. The music was terribly loud and played until almost 10 If you don't like the repertoire you will have to endure, there is nowhere to hide.
If these little things are removed, the rest is great, the place is like from childhood)

Во-первых, месторасположение санатория - это просто отличное.
Горы, чистый воздух, красивые пейзажи - все это создает атмосферу умиротворения и покоя. Во-вторых, сам санаторий очень уютный и комфортабельный. Номера просторные, чистые и оснащены всем необходимым для отдыха. В-третьих, питание было очень вкусным и разнообразным, а также полезным для здоровья.
Но самое главное - это персонал санатория. Они были очень приветливыми и заботливыми, всегда готовы помочь и ответить на все вопросы. Особенно хочу отметить работу глав врача, который дал полезные рекомендации по здоровью.
В целом, я очень доволен своим отдыхом в санатории. Это было не только полезно для моего здоровья, но и помогло мне расслабиться и насладиться красотой природы. Я обязательно вернусь сюда еще раз!

It is bad that cars are selectively allowed on the territory, it is necessary to expand the fleet of electric cars and strictly restrict the access of cars to the territory.
The pool is huge, but there is no proper control, on weekends there are buses of visitors, who swim in anything ...
As a result, the price in relation to the quality of service is slightly overestimated.

The food is delicious. We lived in block A. The renovation is a little outdated. The rooms are comfortable. The suite consists of a bedroom and a living room. It's a little chilly now. There are blankets. At night, the air conditioner was turned on for heating. They also work in winter, there is a medical center with a pharmacy.

This year, our friends went on vacation to this recreation area.
According to them, the renovation was fresh, but the furniture left much to be desired, in the main building (hotel house) the doors of the furniture fell off, and the attitude of the staff was far from the highest level, but since they were in a large company, they generally liked it.
And so, we thought today to go book rooms for ourselves for a week in May. However, there was an unpleasant experience of communicating with employees from the sales office in Tashkent.
Initially, after entering the office, we contacted Gulnose (an employee of the Crystal sales office) about booking a room, she referred to the employment with a face, as if we had come to ask her for money personally, and indicated to go to another employee (Fatima).
During the conversation with Fatima, it was obvious that she was not qualified, because she constantly ran to Gulnose for advice, and we wasted a lot of extra time on this, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the situation, we received a rude response.
In addition, when in the course of communication, we asked to show actual photos of the rooms of the hotel house, they said that there were none and showed general pictures on black and white paper.
The boorish attitude of the employees (as they introduced themselves Gulnoza and Fatima), forever discouraged the desire to contact them and we considered it necessary to leave a corresponding review, warning others against this mistake.

It was January 6-7, 2024. Nature is beautiful in any season! The territory itself is being transformed-new chalets and cottages. The hotel building has been renovated. We checked into a room for three and it is clear that the renovation is fresh, but the furniture is scratched. The room is clean and warm-the heating is hot, the floors are heated (but it was not cold outside +9). The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food for its price is very tasty, for breakfast buffet.

Из плюсов: нормальный и уютный номер, хороший бассейн, интересное место для семей с маленькими детьми (есть павлина, кролики и т.д) ну и вежливый персонал. Рядышком есть рафтинг клуб.
Из минусов: еда в первый день была 😬👎
Рис недоварили, а мясо было жёстким.
В столовой жарко и много мух.
Ещё один минус это то, что номера не убирают. Только до заезда и после выезда.
Второй раз бы сюда не вернулась

Отличный санаторий с возможностью медицинских процедур! Великолепный бассейн с водой из горной реки Угам, после купания чувствуешь себя заново рожденным! Питание вкусное и разнообразное по Советской системе, выбора нет, ешь что дали! Номера люкс мягко говоря потрепанные, но даже это не смущает на фоне великолепной природы и чистящего воздуха! Вечером ни каких развлекух нет! И все же я рекомендую, природа чума!

Хорошее место для отдыха. Чисто, много деревьев. Жили в коттедже на 10 персон. Мебель свежая два санузла. Постельное белье чистое и свежее. Есть кондиционер и телевизор, место где принимают пищу.
На территории имеется крытая стоянка. Столовая с трёхразовым питанием. Кормят нормально. Имеется бассейн открытый.вода чистая и прохладная.
Рекомендую.

Очень красивое место. Кругом горы и речка. Прохладно, ночью даже холодно. Персонал приветливый, номера чистые, 3х разовое питание. Еда вкусная. В номерах есть санузел, холодильник, телевизор и даже wi-fi. Была впервые, очень понравилось.

Do not settle into shorter rooms, overpay for the cottage.
