I will supplement the review, as the situation has continued. It was not the first time I bought bouquets here, and I had confidently recommended this store before: I ordered flowers for my mother from abroad, and everything looked decent (in the photo), so the trust in the service was high. This time I faced the situation personally and the impression turned out to be different. Already on day 3-4, some of the flowers (in particular, hydrangeas and roses: see photo) noticeably lost their freshness, despite the observance of basic care: the flowers were immediately placed in water, pruned, the bow on the package was loosened so that water could flow to the entire stem, the bouquet was away from batteries and direct sun. I understand that flowers have their own life span, but great durability is expected from a bouquet of this level and value. However, the key was not this, but the format of communication. The answers were formal and harsh in tone, without trying to understand the situation or build a dialogue. Instead of solving the issue, the voice messages were followed by instructive comments about doing business and supplies, which looks inappropriate when communicating with a customer. After the review was published, I faced pressure: the responses included threats to contact the "authorities" for describing my personal experience. Some of the correspondence and voice messages from the store were subsequently deleted, but I still have them. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer recommend this store and have already withdrawn my previous recommendations. Against the background of such interaction, it becomes clearer why there may be few negative reviews. My review is based on personal experience and facts, which I can confirm if necessary. P.S. The flowers were bought on April 8 at about 20:00, the photo shows the date and their condition by the morning of April 12. The cost of the bouquet is 135 rubles for 7 twigs.
