The range is really large, there are many options both from availability and on order. However, the level of service left an extremely unpleasant impression. The consultants were more preoccupied with their conversations than working with clients. When you come for a consultation, it felt like there was simply no time to work with clients. The models were shown superficially, with almost no information about materials, characteristics and features of furniture. There was also no opportunity to calmly ask questions, the consultants were constantly in a hurry and left, so I had to search for information on my own and literally follow them to clarify something. I was particularly disappointed with the custom-made furniture approach. Instead of telling about the possibilities, deadlines and help with the choice, the emphasis was on the fact that the production will take a long time and the order will be difficult. It seems that customers are not interested in the purchase, but on the contrary, they are dissuaded from it. With such a good assortment, we would like to have the service at the appropriate level
