The employee in charge of phone calls (I contacted her twice, before and after the holidays) is incompetent in communication. Starting with the fact that you need to extract all the information from her, and ending with her answers and tone, she communicates as if there is some idiot on the wire asking stupid questions, although given her monosyllabic answers, it is logical that the client has to ask a large number of clarifying questions. After this attitude, I refused to visit the clinic and do not plan to contact it in the future, despite the fact that this clinic was highly recommended for ultrasound.

It's a great clinic. I have been using their services for more than 10 years. A dog with peritonitis was pulled out of the grave when she was 2 years old. It's already 14. I sterilized all three of my cats there. Cleanliness, order, competent staff. There is a laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound. I think that negative reviews are written by people who did not treat their animals in a timely manner or were treated by incompetent doctors at first. And when the animal is already on the verge of life and death, these people finally take it to a normal clinic. Sometimes it's too late to help and the animal dies. And it's not the irresponsible owner who's to blame, but the doctors.
