The employee in charge of phone calls (I contacted her twice, before and after the holidays) is incompetent in communication. Starting with the fact that you need to extract all the information from her, and ending with her answers and tone, she communicates as if there is some idiot on the wire asking stupid questions, although given her monosyllabic answers, it is logical that the client has to ask a large number of clarifying questions. After this attitude, I refused to visit the clinic and do not plan to contact it in the future, despite the fact that this clinic was highly recommended for ultrasound.

Даже одной звезды не достойна ни эта клиника, не персонал, и вообще никому не советую. Привезли собаку, поставили диагноз грыжа, сказали что нужна срочная операция, после операции выписали лекарства и диету, несмотря на выполненные условия состояние питомца только ухудшилось, приехал повторно на обследование, сказали сдать анализы и взяли за это немалые деньги и свалили все на временный недуг, по итогу прописали новые лекарства и сказали что анализы будут готовы через 3 дня, сказали что позвонят, но по итогу когда звонил им через 4 дня сказали что еще не готово, после перестали отвечать. Вызвав другого врача оказалось что это была не грыжа а раковая опухоль, при этом операция была проведена не верно, зашили все неправильно, итог у питомца отказали лапы и начались такие осложнения что пришлось усыпить собаку, потому что ситуация была непоправима. При этом при всем сказали что еще ко всему этому нужна кастрация, а по выяснению после это вообще было не нужно. В общем никому не советую, ужасная клиника и халатное и безответственное отношения всех и ко всему, просто тупо обдиралово и тупо пытаются сделать деньги. Никому не советую

It's a great clinic. I have been using their services for more than 10 years. A dog with peritonitis was pulled out of the grave when she was 2 years old. It's already 14. I sterilized all three of my cats there. Cleanliness, order, competent staff. There is a laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound. I think that negative reviews are written by people who did not treat their animals in a timely manner or were treated by incompetent doctors at first. And when the animal is already on the verge of life and death, these people finally take it to a normal clinic. Sometimes it's too late to help and the animal dies. And it's not the irresponsible owner who's to blame, but the doctors.
