I ordered a bouquet through the mobile application, having previously found out how it should look like on instagram (via chat). The claimed photos and the reality are very different. The bouquet is terrible, sluggish and ugly. The application is not working correctly, they called for a canceled order, as a result, the message came for two orders. I do not recommend taking it through the app, only live when you see the bouquet. I wrote on Instagram and Viber, we read everything, there is no answer. The holiday warranty apparently doesn't work. A day later, the bouquet began to die)

We purchased white roses on 06/01/2026 in a number of 101 pcs. It looks good on the first day But on the 3rd day they became incredibly ill (they began to die) on the 4th day (I will attach a photo) They're dead!!! The mood is disgusting ! How can these colors be sold? I'm in shock!!

Flowers are brought without water and then they stand without water for a long time...dying...there are a lot of broken roses in the packs, while the sellers of the consultants unwillingly discard the "low-quality" ones, still skipping the broken ones in the bouquet..when you make a remark, they get angry and express dissatisfaction...they talk in such a way that they do you a favor that they have sold you something
