The flowers are those, the packaging, the flowers themselves, sluggish. Roses, three, a separate story, they gave me three unfortunate roses, leaves where there are, where there are not, the petals are sluggish, I changed them three times and eventually refused. To pay, I ask for points, I will deduct or return, the seller does not know anything. In the end, pay for it, but the mood is at zero. He can't explain anything, he doesn't know anything. Very upset.
