We have been cooperating with this organization for a long time, everything was fine. But since January, with the change of staff, everything has changed for the worse. Operator Svetlana does not communicate correctly with customers, she does not know the difference between the water she accepts in the order. The water is not the same as in the application, although the water tastes different. But the operator claims that the differences between Darida water are only in the labels. It does not differ in any way, i.e. softened, as the manufacturer claims, according to their own employees, it is a "deception", the water is the same. There are different situations, everything is clear, but customers should be warned about the delivery of other water than the application. Employees do not consider it necessary to do this.

Голосуем рублем (хорошо, что есть из кого выбирать) и меняем поставщика воды Дарида на другого. - Бутыли грязные (видео прикрепляем) - Вода жесткая и с примесью (фото прикрепляем) Раньше такого не было. Водой пользоваться умеем, в качестве разбираемся, отзыв не заказной. Из техники у нас электрочайник с регулировкой температуры. Даже с нагревом до 85-90 градусов не должны так выделяться соли жесткости. Бутыль стоит в специальном керамическом диспенсере для воды. Емкость инертна к воде. Емкость моем, обслуживаем. Но у воды Дарида всё-равно плавает пленка на поверхности. Фото чайника и диспенсера прикрепили. Выбирайте достойную воду для вашего здоровья. upd: Яндекс предложил добавить видео. Я добавил как чистой салфеткой протираю бутыль и какой становится салфетка, но видео не воспроизводится на сайте, смотреть в мобильном приложении ¯\_(ツ)_/¯🤷‍♀

Delivery is 2 days after order processing. On the website, when ordering water, it is possible to select the date and time of delivery, but this option does not work at all. Water is a vital product and this attitude of employees towards customers is unacceptable!

Scale and sediment appear in the kettle from the imported drinking water in bottles of 18.9 liters after the first boiling. The taps in the cooler and the elements of the coffee machine are also in the water stone. We observed it for about six months. Previously, we used another water delivery service, but there was no such thing. Although this is not an argument, the Chinese TDS meter (a primitive mineralization analyzer) shows 190-195 units (tap water - 210 units, bottled water from another supplier - 50-55, after a reverse osmosis filter - about 40). They were measured in three different bottles of the same batch. We ordered softened water in 18.9-liter bottles from Darida for comparison. As a result, the mineralization index was 220 units (like tap water). I also left a complaint on the manufacturer's website from our legal entity. It's very unexpected to receive this from Darida. With this approach, we thought about changing the water supplier.

Good afternoon, today I visited the Gifts of Belarus store and bought 2 bottles of Darida Aqua water with apple flavor, another with lemon and strawberry flavor. After opening a bottle of apple-flavored water, after drinking a sip, a disgusting chemical taste spread in the oral cavity. After that, I decided to check the water for odor. A disgusting smell of acetone or solvent hit my nose. After closing the bottle and reaching home, I found white particles floating in the water and after opening the bottle, the smell got worse at times. After consumption, an unpleasant chemical taste and belching appeared, even though there would be a fire show, not only I used and tried this product, but also all my family members, confirming that I was not the only one who imagined this wonderful fragrance. After opening another bottle, no such smell was found. Of course, we'll see what happens to us, but in the end I will abandon the products of this company.
