I just wanted to turn around and leave. the consultation on the service itself was at 0, the answers to the questions were simply pulled out with ticks. In the Chat, they provided false, partial information somewhere, and, unfortunately, after buying the certificate, which caused me significant inconvenience. Of course, I understand that they are just intermediaries, but the staff must have knowledge about the service they provide, since people make a purchase through them. There is also a question about the situation that the certificate contains information that it allegedly cannot be refunded, which is contrary to the law of consumer rights (see Resolution No. 935), since I did not use the service. Jumping is fire, everything is cool, but I was absolutely dissatisfied with Daroo's "service" and sincerely do not understand their contribution and the essence of the work. Negative reviews on their site are in perpetual moderation, if you look at the reviews on otzovik, then the picture of what is happening becomes even clearer. Almost all of them are negative. It is very sad that there are still such companies that do not care about their reputation at all.
