Good afternoon! We were vacationing with friends in Sedovo at the end of June 2025, we came from St. Petersburg. We decided to spend the day at Delmar beach — admission costs 500rubles per person. We expected that there would be good conditions for the fee, but in the end we were disappointed. 1. The territory of the complex is really large and well-maintained, with various activities for children (paid), but there is garbage on the beach. 2. You can relax by the pool, but you also have to pay extra for it. 3. Sun beds are available only for those who live on the territory (they informed us when we paid for the entrance) and they do not warn us in advance about this. 4. The swing in the water, which could be the highlight of the beach, has been broken for the second season in a row. 5. Lack of parking for guests. (for vacationers only) It's not clear what the money is being charged for - I don't see any point in paying only for admission to a dirty beach. If access is paid, the service level should justify it. Thank you.

We had a rest in early January, for the holidays, there is an electric heater, but nevertheless it is very cold, we slept in warm clothes. I think the price is very high for the winter season, 6000 rubles/day: without good heating (for winter), drinking water (some kind of filter for cleaning or a bottle of water). It's a great area for summer, the sea is nearby, the first line.

There is no alternative institution in Sedovo, practically. Especially off-season. Unreasonably high prices for that level of service. It saves you because it's right next to the sea. There are a lot of flies, the tap water is salty. There is a nice area near the room with outdoor furniture and a view of the sea, although it is already quite tired. There has never been a room service, although they said cleaning once a week, but it's not surprising, because there are no people at all during the off-season, it's probably unprofitable to keep staff. In general, thank you for accepting, because there were no other places at all.
