We have been vacationing here every year since 2018, everything has always been at the highest level. In 2025, there were constant power outages, and sometimes there was no light for several days, as well as no water. This year, they came for the May weekend, checked us into an unmade room, the floor was covered in sand, the sink and plumbing were dirty and stained. The hot water boiler was not working. It was fixed after the request. But all this must be done before the arrival of visitors. The lights are also going out this year. The terrace leading to the room is covered in cobwebs, the table and chairs are dirty, the pillows on them are not washed. There was no hair dryer, sink, or microwave in the room. The price per room is not small, but so far there are no conditions. The prices in the cafe are cosmic and there is little choice. The beach is dirty, all the sand is covered in glass, it is impossible to walk. We are not satisfied with the rest in May, we hope that everything will be fixed by the summer.

Сам пансионат норм👍 Но за такие деньги которые с каждым годом поднимают могли бы хотяб в номерах душевые лейки поменять на новые..... И вот дорога от центра до пансионата это беда!!!!!!

We had a rest in early January, for the holidays, there is an electric heater, but nevertheless it is very cold, we slept in warm clothes. I think the price is very high for the winter season, 6000 rubles/day: without good heating (for winter), drinking water (some kind of filter for cleaning or a bottle of water). It's a great area for summer, the sea is nearby, the first line.
