Great hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and delicious food. The staff is friendly, especially I want to mention Patima at the reception. So responsive. She explained everything politely, always smiling. The food is good. There is an excellent choice of fish and it is especially pleasing that it is grilled, i.e. the most healthy food. Different types of delicious soups, cheeses, meat, desserts and much, much more. And most importantly, it is edible! Sometimes there is a lot of food in hotels, but there is nothing to eat. Everything is delicious here. Good territory. Several pools. Baths and saunas are included in the price. There is a tennis court, we often played. Live music and contests in the evening. And 24-hour bars. And it's not just about drinks, but you can always eat. A large selection of sweets. There are a lot of zones for photo shoots)) The only thing was a little confused by the Ala Card restaurants. There are several of them. It would be possible to improve the interior of all restaurants and the quality of dishes, here we are talking about Italian. The beach area. Now there is an active preparation for the summer and it is difficult to assess. While almost no one is swimming, the pier is being restored and the sand is being leveled with sun beds. But I think it will be done quickly. Mostly foreigners are vacationing. Most of all Germans, British, then Russians, etc. Surprisingly, many Germans do not speak English. However, all are friendly vacationers, regardless of political views. Everyone is smiling. To summarize. I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation. The hotel team did well. They are trying and it is obvious.

I was in December 2022, There were a lot of Germans and almost no Russians, but it didn't bother me) They settled in quickly, the room was large, clean and comfortable. Cleaning every day while we were on the beach was carried out. A huge number of people, but still the waiters in restaurants and bars carefully monitored the filling of glasses and other things. A very nice girl at the reception helped solve all the problems, she was the only one there who knew Russian well. The rest understood English, but German was a priority. The beach was clean and comfortable, the beach bar was also very good. Sandwiches and stuff on the way to the beach. And in general, there was an incredible amount of food in the hotel. There are pharmacies and shops right in front of the hotel. In general, I was pleased with the rest, it was super. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is huge and there are sooo many people. Who likes it quieter, and less traffic-you go to smaller hotels)

The best hotel in Turkey, I didn't think that. One thing is to get premium service on the Turkish coast. If the comfort, care and attentiveness of the staff, then this is definitely the hotel for you. Rich and varied food in the restaurant. At one of the dinners, mussels, oysters and boiled Crayfish were given out. Throughout the day and all nights, you can order various alcoholic cocktails, a list of 30 cocktails and foreign alcohol. An indoor and heated outdoor pool is available during the off-season. There are a lot of locations with drinks and food on the territory. In the evening, guests can enjoy a show with live music and professional performances by artists. I recommend this hotel with a capital letter.

The pier was already done, a bar with drinks, sun beds, tables. A refrigerator with drinks, you can take it yourself. In season, the price of the hotel is very expensive. And in the off-season, you can afford to rest in the Imperial. The contingent of vacationers is more than Europeans, there are not many Russians. And the animation is more for foreigners, this is a minus for me. Free transfer to the shopping center. They give you caps, bags, and T-shirts. The rest was wonderful. And we were lucky with the weather too. We swam in the sea, then in the warm outdoor pool.

We returned home and decided to write an honest review about the Dolphin Imperial Luxury Resort hotel. It's a disappointment. Do not believe the laudatory reviews, they are all written for baseball caps, bags, T-shirts and other souvenirs of the hotel. The hotel is very outdated. The furniture is very old, shabby, dirty in places, and there are no repairs in the rooms. There is a lot of dust in the rooms. The waiters do not know how to work, and there are very few of them in each room. Dirty dishes are removed from the tables for a very long time, very often the waiters walk by and pretend not to notice the mess on our table. When the hall is full, there are only 5 people. Preference is given to vacationers from Germany. The waiters also come up and ask to exchange a bucket of change for paper money. Is this the luxury hotel level? The mud is not cleaned on the beach, the sun beds are not wiped in the morning. Trash cans are rarely cleaned, or even once every few days. I would like to write about the good sides of the hotel, but there are none. The room cleaning is terrible, the cleaners brazenly beg for tips. He left a tip, but it was crumpled up and thrown on the bedside table, apparently he didn't leave much. Boors. For food and drinks. The food is not delicious, everything is overcooked and overdried, of course, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure from it either. There is practically no meat on the grill, if there was, it is dry and fried. And in the first days of November, it was reduced by 2 times. I want to mention alcohol separately. The imported alcohol is Turkish-made, it's just disgusting. If you want to get heartburn as a gift, drink brandy Napoleon. There is simply no imported alcohol in this hotel, from the word at all. The animators at the hotel are simply nothing, they live their own lives. There is no evening animation from the word at all. The animators don't know Russian at all. This is a 5 star luxury resort hotel. It's more fun and interesting in hotels below the level, there's just zero. This is noticeable in a luxury hotel. There are no questions about work, only to the reception staff. We will never go to this network again. And we will try to dissuade everyone. For the money we paid for the tour, it was possible to buy a hotel of a much higher level.

I had a rest in March 24. One of the few hotels that is open in March. I'm not picky. But, they were not allowed to go to the beach at 0.00, the guard was standing at the closed gate. The waiters in the restaurant turn to you and say bye-bye, but I don't know him. I'm a guest, I'm not interested in meeting a hotel employee. I don't need the winks of the waiter at the bar. I need a quiet rest. When you check out, the hotel's bracelet will be removed from you - it is with the number. But, upon departure, after handing over the keys and towels, and saying goodbye. I had to go back to the reception because the receptionist did not take off my bracelet in time. These are all small things, maybe someone will think that I'm being picky, but this is a 5-star hotel. There are not many guests, please be more polite and attentive to the guests. And even more, sooooo carefully go out on the balcony after the rain. Very! slippery tiles. No one will put a wet floor icon on your balcony, just like when entering the hotel after the rain.

There are waiters in the evening lobby who are very selective in their attention, mainly to Germans and Turks. We moved to another place - and there he ran like a wind-up, all the time -anything else? But almost all the staff is trying very hard. It stimulates very well very small heats of 20-30 liters. And the bar is full (even over the top) and any additional amenities. They clean up more fervently, they don't refuse anything you ask. You can not give it, but it would be nice for everyone. By the way, many people speak Russian, although clumsily, but everything is clear. The food is very good. At any time (almost around the clock) there is always a place to eat and drink. A wonderful spa complex. Treatments are paid, and the steam sauna hammam is freely available. February, but heated pools, complete relaxation, service right by the pools. Don't forget to feed the cats. They live along the entire length from the building to the beach. The only thing that annoys the Germans a little is the habit of taking places. What's on the beach, what's near the pools. They throw some things, towels and go about their business. Other vacationers go looking for a place to sit. Probably the habit of behaving like invaders is in their blood. The hotel is definitely recommended for rest. As they say, beautiful is rich.

Drinks are served on the beach. We were on New Year's holidays, people splashed in the outdoor pool in the yard - the water there is warm as in the bathroom. In the covid era, I did not take the risk more than once - somehow there were a lot of people there. The indoor pool is also not bad - excellent sun beds, there is a paddling pool for the kids. Adults are also served here) On New Year's Eve, there was a crowd of guests, queues at the restaurant and at the bar, including many Turks fleeing quarantine) The staff as a whole coped with this with dignity, but they had to go for champagne on the beach from December 30, they stopped bringing it themselves) In general, we must be prepared that from December 30th to the first days of January there will be a lot of guests. In general, I think that for such a price - about 160 thousand rubles for two weeks - the hotel is gorgeous. There is also a good Migros nearby: cigarettes cost 180 rubles there; not 7 euros as in the hotel. Of course, hotel shops are dilutive: space margins, but it's like that everywhere in Turkish fives. Well, only some compatriots spoil the rest a little: men talking obscenities at the children's slides on the beach when they have the rest of the coast at their disposal, a group of ten people, men plus women, turning on loud music and again swearing loudly in front of their own children. I haven't seen any scumbags, but I've come across such types) I think that the guards could have paid such attention - you can hire Russian-speaking security) Prohibit turning on music from phones at full volume on a shared beach, as at your dacha, it would definitely be possible.

We rest in Turkey 4-5 times a year, we have been everywhere, but we try to choose decent 5* hotels, but somehow we did not have to visit Dolphins. And so, for the New Year holidays, we were persuaded to visit the Dolphin Imperial. It's just some kind of horror - complete unsanitary conditions, Covid19 measures are not observed at all!!! The hotel is crowded, there is dirt everywhere, the staff can't cope, the staff at the bar is without gloves, the elevators are dirty, the rooms are dirty - the bed does not change after past tourists, just a forwarded bed with traces of dirt and someone else's hair, the towels are gray in spots - there are no snow-white linen and towels!!! There are a lot of people in the restaurant - no social distance, the food looks terrible, the smell of the kitchen is unpleasant. We stayed at the hotel for less than a day and are trying to resolve the issue of replacing the hotel, but the TEZ TOUR does not work from 31.12-03.01.2021. Our family New Year holidays are ruined!!!
