We had a family vacation from March 30 to April 9 in 2021 First of all, I would like to express a big thank you to the service staff ( the rooms are cleaned every day , everything is very neat and clean ) It was even amazing that things from the dryer were stacked . I would also like to say a big thank you to the waiter from the restaurant, the guys are great! How hardworking you are , God bless you . They will run up and help, especially if they are with a child.Tea/coffee is fast . I would like to express respect to these guys!!! We went to all the alyakarts, the coolest thing is meat!

A terrible hotel. They escaped from there after 2 days. They didn't even swear and change the hotel at Pegasus, they just paid for another one. Dirt!!!! Complete unsanitary conditions!!! The cups and plates are all dirty. There are just too many people to describe! The staff is not very friendly. As if you did them a favor by contacting them! They put 1 piece of food each. That is, one tiny piece of chicken, 2 pieces of potatoes, for example, and if you say that you still need, then they look at you as an enemy. There is a double room in the room. Because the weather was bad, everywhere in Turkey there are showers on the 4th day. The door is shaking from the fact that there are holes. The room has very shabby furniture, chips, cracks everywhere, good room cleaning. The staff does not care about the tourist, everyone is twitchy, food falls out of the waiters' hands at the distribution. Food and very sorry for the money!!! We had to live for a week, we had enough for 2.5 days to escape. There are at least 2000-3000 thousand people in the hotel now, and a homeless kind (sorry). What kind of Luxury is this ... I don't recommend it to anyone, I don't believe in good reviews about this hotel anymore, well, or it's written by those people who look like I already wrote. Who eat, drink and don't care about anything! Measures against covid are slightly observed, but not fully. No one is wearing masks. If only in a restaurant!

We just got back from the hotel . The food is excellent, the rooms are spacious, a great children's room and program, nice and friendly staff. In general, the hotel is wonderful, but there are a couple of disadvantages. One of them is the VIP area on the beach. The curtains are dirty , everyone can litter under it and put their shoes and clothes . This is not a VIP area, but a collection of money. Also, a disadvantage on the beach is the toilet , which is very far away. An adult can tolerate it , but a child cannot . The downside is the cleaning of the rooms. I don't know about the others, but we only had beds changed. The floors remained dirty and there was a lot of dust.

I have been using this system since 2015. This time I was in for a big disappointment. The hotel has ceased to be a premium class. There is no author's serving of dishes. The Gougirls are performing in the arena. Russian Russians are practically non-existent (I couldn't understand why, but as it turned out, the cost of a tour package for Russians is 2 times more than for Europeans and Asians). Therefore, the former Turks who left for Germany and the Kyrgyz, with the Kazakhs, are worried about the hotel. Tourists do not observe the food course. They leave mountains of food behind. I was shocked by what I saw. Waiters prefer to serve foreigners. Apparently for baksheesh. The only thing that pleased me was the sea. I was the only one who practically bathed in it, the rest preferred to barge 24/7. By the way, in September 2022, I bought a tour to this hotel. But I couldn't get into Dolphin Imperial, the representative of Odeon tour explained that the hotel owner considers us an aggressor, and refused to accept Russian tourists (as it turned out later, Odeon and Coral simply bribed me for money, sending me under the "Fortune 5 stars" program). The flight finished me off. The flight was postponed three times. I paid for an expensive tour, taking into account that I had an early check-in and a late check-out. In fact, it turned out to be the opposite early. The day was stolen from me. We flew on the Azuravia drendolet, put two additional seats in each row. As a result, many tourists could not fit into the chair, and people stood all the way.
