DAM restaurant. I've read reviews about the boss. We ordered two different salads from the chef. It's delicious, but my salad is drowned in the dressing, for an amateur. But the meat with pineapple turned out to be tough. And I would like to see the well-coordinated work of the administrator, waiters and chefs. We just started the salad, and the hot stuff arrived right away, at the wrong time. The DAM hotel. We were greeted by very pleasant and smiling administrators. A comfortable, comfortable room. Wonderful view from the window. The sea is at arm's length. It's wonderful. I wasn't even bothered by the reconstruction on the embankment.

In January, we stayed at the Dam Hotel. We came to the restaurant for breakfast and had dinner several times in bad weather. The cuisine on the menu is varied and at fairly high prices. Breakfasts are essentially monotonous. When serving, the scrambled eggs/ omelet/ cream were always in butter. There's too much salt in the dishes. They asked not to add salt, but this was often forgotten, They ordered soup in Sukhumi style (the broth was empty without broth, there were few fish) and salmon in a creamy caviar sauce with boiled potatoes (the fish was dry, and the potatoes were salted so that it was impossible to eat). Of course, the waiter was told about this, she offered to redo the side dish, but we no longer wanted to. The general opinion is that the institution is "so-so." The price clearly does not match the quality of the dishes. I'd rather look at other places where you'll definitely enjoy the dishes and leave satisfied.
