I turned to Konstantin's studio for the restoration of several scratches on the car and a scuff on the front bumper, but as a result, I also ordered detaling, polishing, dry cleaning of the interior, pasting the headlights in armor film and applying ceramics. I want to note right away that Konstantin is a true master of restoration, and outwardly he immediately reminded me of his type of artist :) In general, Konstantin inspires confidence and inspires confidence that the car is in safe hands, as I personally was able to verify. The scratches were repaired perfectly, with the exception of deeper scuff marks on the front bumper, where no miracle happened (Konstantin would certainly have coped with them, but due to the complexity of restoring deep scratches / scuff marks, it would have taken too much time for intermediate drying of many layers of paint and varnish). Although I did not plan to do the detailing polishing, but after washing the car and in the light of the inspection lamp, the scratches from using a snow brush, which does not spare the paintwork at all, became clearly visible. The result after polishing transformed the car beyond recognition, my car began to look like new from the salon! I also ordered dry cleaning at the complex in order to bring the car to a new condition, despite the fact that the interior was neat, but nevertheless there were signs of exploitation in places. The thresholds, panels, arches, and under the mats were all cleaned beautifully and neatly. But, unfortunately, as I was told, the studio does not know how to remove white plaque (probably calcareous plaque) from aluminum / chrome parts in the cabin (I hope that over time they will find the right chemistry and learn how to cope with this). One of the disadvantages was that the deadlines were delayed, even considering that they were already specified with a margin - the car was waiting for 4-5 days, because there were many other cars in the queue and the polishing master was in training. In general, such a download is an indicator of the demand for this studio, but clients still need to be guided by real deadlines, so that later there would be no nervousness, as in my case, when plans were already formed. It would also be possible not to take the car to the parking lot for 4-5 days, but to give the client the opportunity to use the car on these days, and ask them to bring the car the day before the start of work. Among the wishes, I would like the studio, as in other similar places, to have a detailed price list with clear pricing for services depending on the class of car, degree of pollution, etc., so that later there would be no misunderstandings and unjustified expectations. To summarize: the studio employs professionals with knowledge of their field and under the strict guidance of a decent and honest director and restorer Konstantin, who can undoubtedly be contacted for a wide range of services, including full film coating of car armor. I hope that all the points that I pointed out in the process, reminded or asked to correct / finish, were not perceived as criticism, but only helped to focus attention on what might be important to clients. Being at work in Minsk, I applied here to wash a minibus, which has a non-standard height and other features (ambulance). We washed it very carefully, while being careful to the necessary elements, fulfilling all my wishes. You can watch the sink from the waiting room, decorated with graffiti. They accept cards.
