Yesterday, February 22, 2025, my husband, my children, and I visited Detsky Mir at 3B Dzerzhinsky Street. From the very first minutes, we were greeted by an incredibly polite and friendly staff, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Our kids (3 and 4 years old) were delighted with the huge selection of toys – not only their eyes were running away, but also ours! However, the purchase plans were not included, because in recent weeks we have already purchased enough new toys. Of course, the children were upset, having a real tantrum, because they really wanted something new. And here I would especially like to note the responsiveness of the staff. The staff showed attention, talked to us, offered a discount, and in the end, we nevertheless pleased the children with the long-awaited toys. I especially remember a guy named Arseny – he sincerely felt sorry for our kids and did everything so that the children would leave in a good mood.

I placed an order , delivery by courier , specially chose express delivery from 11-13 they were supposed to deliver , I paid for the delivery . Delivery is refused at 12 , but the order in the store shows that it is "waiting for the courier." As a result , there was no delivery , and there was no meaningful response from support . At three o'clock in the afternoon , there was no delivery , and the mixture was urgently needed . No service!!!! Terrible attitude towards online orders!!!
