I wrote to support, they put it off for every hour, I called this detmir, no one answered the phone. I sent my husband to get the order, he arrived, stayed there for 40 minutes, waited for the order to be collected, no one collected it from 14:00!!! As a result, 5 minutes before closing, they were told to cancel the order through the app, as they could not give it away, as the code would not arrive without a courier, the order was placed at 10 a.m., and from 10 a.m., the order was not collected and the courier was not found. The staff were rude to my husband, and shouted that it was 5 minutes before closing.

At the checkout, they offered to participate in the "box of goodness" campaign, I agreed and chose napkins, to which the seller began to persuade me to buy more cream, they say it costs only a couple of rubles (in fact 5), I was confused, agreed, but there was an unpleasant aftertaste.So the box of goodness is wonderful, but charity should be voluntary, not imposed. I'm not sorry, but the feeling is unpleasant, what is being imposed. I hope it really gets to the kids, and not back on the shelves.
