The store is just falling apart before our eyes.. I always picked up my things there and everything was fine. But today I went in and didn't recognize my favorite store. The shelves are empty, clothes are in the basket near the cash register, boxes of shoes under 3 m are piled there, orders today 8.01 are still not collected from 05.01. The store does not have enough shelves for the collected goods, baskets with them are simply scattered along the aisles. Store management put it in order. I took three of the five dirty items from the order, but it's not surprising what conditions they are in there. The image of the company as a whole suffers greatly from this attitude. There are no complaints about those unfortunate sellers. Two girls in front of a crowd of unhappy customers just feel sorry for them ..

There are two people working for the entire store, but there is always one cashier at the checkout, and the second one is not clear where, despite the fact that there are a LOT of people in the queue. Many things are simply not in the store. Online orders, especially when promotions are often canceled, due to the fact that things are no longer available, other people themselves often take something out of the baskets with someone else's order, and in general, online orders are almost never collected by the specified time. The cashiers are always with a displeased face, as if I forced them to stand there and work. Management, finally clean up your store. If there was such an opportunity, I would have given 0 stars.
