I would like to share our experience of visiting this center. Of the undoubted advantages, only the convenient location can be noted. Unfortunately, the positive aspects end there. We are very concerned about the organization of the educational process. It is noticeable only in some groups. For example, the eldest child can always tell you what he was doing. But the younger one, when you ask him about his classes, most often replies that they were "filmed on video." Indeed, there are many beautiful videos on the social networks of the center, but the children themselves cannot explain what they learned during this shooting. It seems that form is more important than content. Another serious problem is the instability of personnel. There is a constant turnover of caregivers: one in the morning, another after sleep, and the next day — the third. The child calls them "aunts who look at us." Of course, there are unforeseen circumstances, but this situation has been going on for a long time, which, in my opinion, is a serious omission of the administration in managing the team. Children, especially young ones, need a constant, familiar adult. I would also like to note that the swimming pool listed in the advantages of the center does not work regularly. I would like to mention the material base separately. It is quite meager and is replenished mainly at the expense of parents (allowances, toys, cleaning supplies). Overall, the impression was mixed. The center has potential, but for a comfortable and high-quality stay for children, it is necessary to establish stable work of the team, make the educational process meaningful rather than ostentatious, and resolve the issue of equipping groups (not at the expense of the parent, who is constantly replenishing the guardianship account, but it is unclear where the funds are going). Conclusion: if you just need a "garden for the day", maybe consider it. If the child's development, stability, and adaptation are important, look for another option (or, as in our case, additional visits to various educational institutions).
