I did the coloring, I asked to keep the natural shade, it's not an easy task for me, because my hair is dark, but with a lot of early gray, and curly, too, it's easy to over-dry. I was satisfied! The gray hair was covered, the shade came out cold and as close as possible to my natural one. The hair is vibrant, shiny😍 They gave a lot of recommendations on care, and explained what and how, it's nice when the master is sincerely involved. The atmosphere is very comfortable, no fuss, no arrogance, I got high! I think I'll be back again.
