Today I purposefully stopped by to buy a 70cm long chain. I chose a store online based on availability. The seller immediately said that they did not have such products. Actually, they sold me what I wanted after I re-entered the chain's website and showed the article to an employee of the store. I think that sellers should understand the assortment of at least their store.Employees probably have beautiful laptops for beauty.

To which the girl replied that they had had the ring for almost a week, and I was like what? What week? From Tuesday afternoon to 11 a.m. on Thursday is not a week and not almost. The girl's next argument was that they generally kept jewelry for 3 days (this was the first time I heard about it, why didn't anyone mention it when the ring first arrived at the salon?) Well, after that, the girl did not forget to add that actually there was another request for the ring, and if we do not need it or we will not come For it today (Thursday), when I asked on Friday, they give it to another client. It's very unpleasant, rude, and my impressions are mixed, especially considering that this is an engagement ring. I ordered the ring on July 9th, I waited a lot, I chose it for a long time, and not only did you not warn me about the storage time in advance, but you also spoke rudely for some reason that I don't understand, and you are ready in one second to give the ring that was traveling from Baranovichi for me, which I do not refuse, at any second to whom- that's what you're just putting in front of the fact.
