06/23/2026 visited this store. They were, to put it mildly, dissatisfied. The consultant is not as client-oriented as possible. The consultant asked, "What can I tell you?" and we replied, "We don't know for sure, but we're interested in rings." The girl stayed where she was… Only after asking to show the ring closer did she come over, but with a "fuck off" expression on her face. Fortunately, she asked about the size of her finger, however, my answer, "I honestly don't know," caused a reaction that was almost eye-rolling. In the end, she gave me the ring I asked for to measure, and another one to determine the size, and then she took both options back, put them in place, closed the showcase and went back to the counter.... No other options were offered, and if there were none (because of the size, although 16.5 is not a rare case), which I doubt very much, there was no explanation. It was terribly ugly, rude and sorry, like a pig... I felt humiliated and insulted. By the way, the choice was made in a nearby store, where consultants know how to communicate with people.
