This is not an assessment of a specific location or staff. I made an assessment based on how they divide people. They have separate tariffs for visitors. For example. I bought the card at the store. I found a way to connect it, but this cannot be done without a Belarusian passport. I paid 20 bel.rub. (600 rub. with our money). For the unlimited conversations tariff, 100 GB of Internet for a month. Since I couldn't connect the card, I went to the office where they told me that we couldn't connect this tariff to you. We have other tariffs for visitors, the price is 30 bel.rub. (900 rubles) for how many minutes and 60 GB of Internet. Well, in general, it's like that.
