People!!! If you want your animal to be healthy, do not come to this clinic ever!!! My 16-year-old cat had breast removal surgery. They didn't make a diagnosis, they brought in an infection and without really understanding what kind of disease it was, they just cut out her breasts.
On January 5, my cat began to feel very unwell, did not walk, did not eat, and always lay down. I noticed a huge tumor the size of a big apple on her chest. She was very ill. On January 8, we went to the Dingo to be told what it was.
The therapist said that it was a "neoplasm", but when asked what kind of neoplasm it was, he evaded the answer. On the same day, we were prescribed a bunch of medications, antibiotics and a lot of injections, it is unclear from what, we took a blood test and the total check came out 4900 rubles. They scheduled the operation for January 11 and said it would cost about 10 thousand
On the same day, at night, this tumor opened in my cat and pus flowed out. There was a lot of it. The next morning, we called the Dingo, explained the situation and were told to just smear Levomekol ointment. That's what we did.
On January 11, we arrived for surgery, the cat was put on a catheter, had a couple of injections and sent for surgery.
On the same day, they said they would call us and tell us about the general well-being of my cat. No one called us, so we had to call ourselves. They said that he was recovering from anesthesia, but weakly. And later they said that they would call again tomorrow, and in general they would call constantly to monitor the cat's condition.
As a result, no one called us and we had to call them several times on our own.
On January 15, we came to pick up the cat, we were told how to handle and stab. They prescribed a lot of medicines again and this time the total check came out at 15750 rubles. They took another 5 thousand for the fact that she lay there for 5 days. When asked "what did she eat?" they said that she ate Felix wet food. I was very disappointed, because for the amount of 1000 rubles a day, they could feed her with good food, and not with this slag. My cat is eating Grandorf, holistic food at home, and here she was just stuffed with anything. It should also be said that the cat was prescribed too much antibiotics and was prescribed incorrectly.
Upon arriving home, the cat began to have complications, the rest of the mammary glands were filled with pus, which constantly flowed out. And in Dingo, when they told us about it, they told us on the phone, "Well, we definitely need to do a second operation, we can't tell you anything." They wanted to charge me another 20 thousand.
As a result, we went to another clinic, where we were told that a lot of money was simply drained from us in Dingo, and they did not treat us in any way. It is unclear what was cut out, the diagnosis was not made, they treated their clients irresponsibly, they did not notify about the cat's health status.
We gave 20 thousand just because they made it worse for us and didn't cure anything. They are engaged in pumping money out here, not in treatment..
