The doctors are good, there are no questions for them. We like everything very much and have been driving for more than one year. HOWEVER, if you have an appointment for a certain time, keep in mind that you will wait another 20 minutes to be accepted. And the most important thing that the stars were shot for is that they call one amount on the phone, which ends up being twice as expensive. Moreover, even just a consultation in 7 minutes is 2x more expensive than previously mentioned. I don't mind the money, but I still have an unpleasant feeling that I was deceived. But once again, doctors are from God.

All the doctors, nurses and administrators are the best in our city. Special thanks to our attending physician Daria Yakovlevna, she saved our beloved dog!!! On 12/19/2025, I made an appointment on a general basis. They arrived with the pet at the appointed time - the administrator was not there. Upon arrival, the receptionist offered to wait. Then a young man came with a puppy, who was invited to get vaccinated without waiting in line! (The clinic staff greeted the owner and played with the puppy, obviously very familiar!) And of course, he went to the doctor we were assigned to. Bottom line: the clinic staff serves friends without waiting in line, ignoring their own appointed time, and ordinary people with their pets. We wasted two hours of time, and lo and BEHOLD, we didn't get to the "reception". Everything that isn't being done is for the best...
