First, we went to Bagheera's clinic with an inflammation of the dog's eye. They examined him, looked at the third eyelid under sedation and found nothing, donated blood (on a full stomach, although it turned out it was necessary on an empty one), said liver problems and put him on a diet of "food and water". Drops were prescribed for the eye. Nothing changed at the second appointment , the eye was festering , we were accused of poor treatment ( they gave us antibiotics before going to the clinic ) and told to keep dripping for a second appointment , they said they would need to measure intraocular pressure and predicted a purulent infection ( no new drugs were added ) . The most interesting thing is that the receipt contained " oculist's examination " " veterinary services" " ophthalmoscopy" and all for different amounts, although it seems as if the examination and the service are the same thing, or is the appointment considered a service? . But it wasn't even about the money, it was that there was no result of the treatment, the dog was getting worse, and the veterinarian was just yelling and not explaining anything. We contacted the Dingo Clinic for a second opinion, and in the first 10 minutes, without sedation, the doctor simply dropped painkillers and removed the thorn from his eye. After that, I looked at the eye under ultraviolet light for damage and prescribed drops and ointment, when they told us about the tests, we were given repeated ones on an empty stomach and had an ultrasound, found kidney problems and prescribed treatment, the doctor treated the dog very carefully and calmly explained everything, gave recommendations for care and explained that the diet is not " food and water, " as they said in the previous clinic, and told in detail what is possible and what is not. The dog finally got up and feels good when he gets home. Thank you so much to the doctor and the clinic for such specialists! And if they had continued to listen to that "veterinarian", he would have suffered further. And on the financial side, all these procedures cost us less than the "inspection" there.

Excellent clinic, I recommend it. The girl on the phone described our situation to the doctors and told them to come immediately without an appointment, the cat needs oxygen! We were there for the first time, in another clinic only by appointment. The cat was in the day hospital when they picked us up, they gave us recommendations and advised a cardiologist. Thank you so much for stabilizing the cat and he survived! The staff is polite and special thanks to the receptionist who didn't kick us off without an appointment and showed our tests to the doctors over the phone.
