Orders from the site have not been received for 4 weeks. Email notifications don't work, I don't understand either the order number or its status. We somehow got in touch in September and delivered 1 product, it came defective with a broken tabletop. Now I have a new difficult task to make a replacement. It's been going on for a month now.

As I understand it, this office is purely a dummy for money laundering)) I've been waiting for bedside tables at Ozone since the beginning of December, the order has been postponed more than 10 times and canceled twice. The bedside table cost 50 rubles, after the second cancellation of the order it began to cost 1110 rubles)) As in other reviews, I confirm that the store is also nonsense, with QR codes instead of price tags, without sellers. Well, everything is clear here in general) It remains to punch on the right sites of the owners, then everything will fall into place.

Self-service store! How do you like that? There are about 20 pieces of furniture in the hall, without price tags, but with QR codes and redirects to the online store. There are no consultants at all. Just wander around. I came to see firsthand what the color of eucalyptus looks like, but not fate - there are only classic ones in the hall: colorless oil, white wax, gray wax. Check out the color scheme you are interested in in the online store! Honestly, I didn't understand why this one?A shopping facility? exists.

Working with clients is just a horror. It is impossible to get any information. You leave a request on the website for pre-order, no one even tries to call back. You write on social media, and you get a response from the category of "figure it out for yourself." It's very sad because the products look nice.

I do not recommend ordering from this store. We accepted the payment and the order a month and a half ago, but there is no bed or any feedback. We have sent an official complaint about the store. We are filing documents with the court in the coming days.

I do not advise anyone to buy in this store. We ordered a table for Ozone, carried the order for a week, and then simply canceled. And now this table is being sold for twice as much. A very interesting move at the expense of the buyer's funds! DISGUSTING attitude towards customers!

They're lying! They violate deadlines! And cancel the product! At first, my order for Wb took a month instead of 3 days, but I really needed a bed in the nursery and that's why I waited! Then the seller just canceled the order!!!! No apologies!! I risked making it to New Year's Eve again (taking into account possible delays) and ordered the same bed, painted myself, but with Ozone, because I thought they were more seriously controlling the delivery. And what do you think???? They postponed the delivery to January 13th, without scruples and apologies!!!! I'm a pregnant woman, I shouldn't be nervous, but I was nervous, and now I'll do my best to sue them and shut them down!!!

I read the reviews and was horrified. I ordered a wardrobe from this office on February 2 through the website and silence. No one answers the phone, mail, or social media. It's good that I've made the payment in cash and haven't paid anything yet. I don't even believe that something will be delivered to me, since it's been 2 weeks since the order was created in Business Lines, but no one has delivered it to the terminal. ------------------ I decided to add a review, I was able to get through and the order was shipped 4 weeks later. The cabinet is made roughly and mediocre. There were not enough cabinet handles in the kit, and the ones that are not polished.. if you accidentally touch it with your hand, you can get scratched- as a result, they were replaced with others ordered from ozone.

It is impossible to contact the store/factory. The warranty obligations are also at zero (and as can be seen from the comments, there are enough defective goods): I tried to contact you for several days and it turned out 1 time, but after that there has been no response or greetings for 3 weeks. In general, if you want to test your nervous system, go here!

Do not order anything through this store, the self-service machine does not issue a receipt, the money is debited, nothing arrives: neither by mail nor by SMS, no one calls back or clarifies the order. The numbers are busy, and there are no responses on social media. It is very strange that there are such shops in Pershym. I will contact the Consumer Protection Society, the Pershy management and the tax service.

Terrible attitude!!! Ordered a bed on the website more than a month ago. I received an email that the order will be shipped within 3-14 days. After that, silence... They don't answer the phone, and they don't answer the mail either. In the social network The networks only responded once, they said they had a technical glitch in the program, that the order would be delivered within a week. It's been almost two weeks now... I don't understand what the problem is to call, write that the order will be delayed or won't arrive at all... Sorry for the time spent
