Terrible service. On the day of delivery, they called and said that there would be no delivery. They asked me to reschedule it for any day. The exact delivery time cannot be reported, the range is from 14 to 23. There is no customer orientation. The dispatchers are rude. With the words, if you need to pick up your goods yourself from the point. A baby cot :) I'm seven months pregnant. After all, I ordered home delivery for this very purpose, so that I could travel around Minsk and pick up my goods myself. I don't recommend it.

Disgusting delivery service. I was waiting for an order from A1 via the online store, I indicated that the payment was in cash. The courier called and called the delivery time. He did not arrive at the specified time, and when he called his number, he began to snap that when he could, he would come. He arrived, there was no change, he became hysterical about the claims that they were talking to him in the wrong tone and left with the order. When calling the dispatch service number, music just plays there without any messages, you can listen to it for a long time (I waited a couple of times for 5-7 minutes, they didn't pick up the phone). I got through 5 times in a couple of hours. They promised to sort it out and call back within an hour and a half. No one called back and the phone was never picked up.
