Unfortunately, we have been cooperating with this delivery service for a long time. At first, we turned a blind eye to the shortcomings, but in the last six months the situation has become simply unbearable. Dispatchers and managers are not doing their job: you have to wait for their answers for several hours, and sometimes even days. At the same time, the company systematically loses parcels, endlessly postpones delivery times, and couriers work so unprofessionally that the flood of negative feedback from our customers forced us to think about changing the contractor. As a result, together with our partners, we stopped cooperating with this office and found an alternative. There are other companies on the market with a more interesting commercial offer and, more importantly, with a truly responsible and customer-oriented approach.

Отвратительная доставка. Посылку из Минска до Гомеля должны были доставить на следующий день, а по факту каждый день сроки смещаются на день-два. Связаться с ними не возможно, трубку не берут. Советую не связываться с данной сомнительной организацией!!!
