It would be much more honest to immediately notify on the website that the pizza will be available at a later time than to accept an order with a prepayment and then face the fact that the pizza is already in the oven. You can cancel the order, but why, because there's only a little bit left to wait, and it takes a little bit in 20-30 minutes. This turns away from the pizzeria when there are "expectation-reality" inconsistencies, it looks much more advantageous to indicate a later time on the website, which will allow you to plan your business more competently with adjustments to the order at the Dodo. The pizza is delicious, and the service needs to be developed. Competitors are still ahead.
