The production shop is very bad. The director raised the production plan too much to the ceiling - it is unrealistic to fulfill it, and the wages of the workers are low. The director doesn't value the workers at all, he treats the workers like cattle, like they're worthless. TB violation at every step. Salaries are raised through the bed! I don't recommend getting a job here at all. I know it firsthand.
