A wonderful dining room where people from all over the country come to eat with a wide menu for every taste! Delicious dishes on the grill in the evening! The sea is just a couple of steps away! There are few people on the beach, which is good news! We traveled by car, so we didn't have any difficulties getting somewhere! There were no side effects, acclimatization, etc. If you need cafes and dancing places on vacation, then this is not about a House by the sea. There is silence, peace and tranquility here!

Гостеприимный Татевос Исакович и его семья. Ухоженная территория. Отдыхали тут с детским семейным лагерем. Отдельно хочу отметить поваров! Восхитительная домашняя еда!!!! Спасибо Вам, дорогие кормилицы! Море рядом. До Нового Афона машиной 10 мин. Тихое место. Нам понравилось.

It is not the first year that we have been coming to Abkhazia. This year Gayane was lucky enough to find a house by the sea. We had a rest from 07.07.25 to 17.07.25 for five people in a four-bed room with an additional room for 3500 rubles a day. The room is very ordinary: beds, shower with toilet, refrigerator, kettle, TV, wardrobe, bedside table, bedside table with mirror, air conditioning. The room and shower are clean, the beds are freshly made. On the territory of the hotel itself, there are houses, there is a cafe where they cook very tasty food, a terrace where in the evening you will be fried with shish kebab, lula, fish, a beautiful tangerine garden, the road to the sea goes through it. For 150 rubles you can wash your clothes, an iron is also available. There is WiFi on site, but it doesn't work very well everywhere in Abkhazia. Special thanks to the chefs, always delicious and fresh food!!! Neither we nor the children had any stomach problems. The sea is clear, the embankment is still being built. There are railway tracks in front of the embankment, but trains rarely run and do not interfere with rest. We and the children were very satisfied!
