I'm standing at the checkout. I'm ordering a product. Something falls and breaks here. It turns out that they have candles at the bottom of the bag (which I carry on my shoulder every day). Please pay for two candles. Why put a broken product under the counter? The whole impression of the store immediately deteriorated. I've never written negative reviews or anything, but here. It's a good store, but we don't know how it works or who to trust.Today we are calling to find out if the stools arrived on Thursday to buy them, they said that there are a lot of them in stock.On Wednesday, a tall guy and a girl said that they were not there and they might arrive on order, or maybe not.Today we came and bought it in the store without any problems. Probably the staff is new and does not know what they have on sale and what is not.It's a shame that we didn't sell the available goods last time and had to go again.I don't want to get to such incompetent employees who were on Wednesday anymore.
