It seems to be a prestigious floral, but the look and beauty leave much to be desired, I ordered a bouquet for my mother on a holiday, chose the time 19:45-20:15, the florist did not answer the question for a long time where the bouquet was and what was with it. Then they sent me a photo where the bouquet does not look like the one that was in the order. As a result, the bouquet was delivered not at 20:15, but only at 22:40. The flowers are limp, dead, even brown at the tips of the petals, and the bouquet really doesn't look like the one I ordered. It cost 122 rubles with delivery. I am disappointed with this service and the result of the order. I do not recommend anyone to buy flowers from Don Pion. Thank you for such a terrible bouquet, for spoiling the holiday and the mood. I'll attach a photo of the bouquet that I wanted and received. However, the photo does not accurately convey reality.

A wedding bouquet was ordered at this establishment. The stated price was 150 rubles, which was discussed again in a couple of days, everything was confirmed. On the day of the wedding, the girl (an employee of the store) reported that the cost was changing to 175 rubles, which was not clear. The store staff simply did not know how to assemble a wedding bouquet, they did not understand that the bouquet should be pruned, the leaves should be removed. All this had to be discussed on the morning of the wedding day, which brought inconvenience and a spoiled mood. The bouquet itself looked like it was already a couple of days old, the buds were literally black, the stems were rotten and after a while they just broke. It was impossible to take pictures with the bouquet, and at the ceremony itself it had to be supported by hands so that it would not fall apart at all. In this regard, I had to contact the management. I would like to hear why this happened and at least some kind of apology, but instead the store director tried to convince us that it was our fault that the bouquet was in such a state. With a fight, we managed to get back half of the money paid for it, but the impression was terrible. I advise no one to contact them, take care of your nerves.
