Disgusting delivery. The courier simply did not want to go to my region with a prepaid order and sent it back to the warehouse. Zara says they can't return my order back. There was no call from the courier. Zara needs to change the transport company for her orders. Terrible service. They cheat on everything. The goods are lost, spoiled, weighed down. They don't admit their mistakes. It's just awful.
